chic chignon
Dress it up with a simply sleek and stylish chignon that’s always fashionable. Flat-ironed smooth strands are swept back and placed off-center before being twisted into an elegant bun shape. Held in place with hairpins, a mist of hairspray keeps things looking polished.

glamour girl
Don’t be afraid to turn up the volume—especially when it comes to creating a stunning upsweep like this one. Light teasing at the crown is a must to add height on top. Once the updo is in place, curls are touched up in the back with a curling iron.

ginger darling
Braids and curls and twirls, oh my! Curled lengths are pinned up, leaving pieces out for a touch of romance in this playful updo. A braid sits on the crown and is woven back into the mane design. Fringe is swept to the side in a loose wave pattern for a look that’s so chic!

Hi, Cecilia!
Because there are so many great hairstyles to feature, we can’t always publish every angle of a given hairstyle. Try taking the look to your stylist, who will have the skills to create a fabulous look for you, similar to the one you see in the photo.
I need help at my job i have to have my hair up and my hair is long but i have no clue what to do with it other than put it up in a pony tail and i really don’t like that please help me.
Hi, Danielle!
Have you ever tried to wear a chic chignon? A simple bun glams up the ponytail look. Or perhaps you could try the wrap-around ponytail! When you’re putting your hair up, leave a small section loose. Take that bit of hair and wrap it around your ponytail. Secure with a bobby pin and you’ve got a hip new style!
these styles r very….uhhhh….modern! i lil’ too modern. can need a classic twist on them!
