Hi!
I have been using red color for quite some time now, from box color to professional (from Sally’s) and I have the biggest issue when it comes to fading! I have naturally dark curly hair and I want a vibrant tone of red, which I always achieve, but it always ends up a dull reddish-orange tone after about two weeks, any suggestions?

This might be the perfect time to seek a professional. Changing previously tinted hair involves more than just choosing a different box. The virgin hair will look different than the previously tinted hair. A professional will not only have endless options for your target shade, but also be able to make it match from root to tip. Hi, I’m Hanna.
I’ve never had a professional color my hair before. I’ve always used John Freida hair coloring. I have been pleased with their results but im looking for a little red hint now. Im just scared to use John Freida for this mission because they have dark red, and that’s not wat I want. Im looking for a color that will give me the red tint in looking for without making me look like a want to be red head.
I have the complexion of a red head but have dark blonde hair. Any suggestions?!?!!

If you want to add body without sacrificing length, you could try asking your stylist for long layers. This still requires cutting your hair, but you don’t have to cut all of your hair! Set up a consultation with your stylist to help you decide on a hairstyle. Ask for ideas that will give your mane the body and bounce you’re looking for and be sure to tell the hair pro that you don’t want to cut your hair short. As for the color? Going from platinum blonde to red is not usually difficult, but trust a professional colorist to find the right shade for you. And remember—red hair requires a lot of maintenance because it fades quickly.

Hello! My boyfriend wants me to go red, and I love that picture you have w/ the red & lighter red as highlights (the picture above). My hair color is currently all platinum blonde. But I have long hair, it goes past the middle of my back. Are there any suggestions on what I can do cut-wise? I don’t want to cut my hair at all, but I need some body, cause it’s almost all one length! PLEEEASE help w/ comments & advice, thanks!
