hi, i have long naturally curly brown hair and i would love to go a bit shorter and do something a little lighter for spring but i’m not sure what style or color to go with… can you give some suggestions?

Hi, Ariel!
Feel free to skip a day between shampoos, as this may help your hair to hold curls a little better. Wet your hair, towel-dry strands and apply volumizing mousse to the hair. Separate hair into small sections and set them on rollers. Allow your hair to dry in a wavy shape, then gently remove the rollers and comb through the hair using your fingers. Finish with a bit of hairspray and shine serum. It’s all about using great products to help set the style and make it last!

I would have to say Kim Kardashian. Not only does she have the most amazing hair ever (long, dark, and shiny), but she has awesome taste in fashion as well. I literally love 95% of her outfits lol.

Katy Perry likes to wear plenty of bright colors and vintage accessories. To create a look like Katy’s, try visiting your local vintage shops. Shop at vintage stores, thrift shops and Forever 21 are good places to find this type of retro-chic look. Hints of fruit (pins) like watermelons will complete your look, as will any bright accessories; funky jewelry like neon plastic bracelets also are good additions as are bows, headbands, vintage cat-eye sunglasses! Also, take our magazine to your favorite shops and ask the sales consultant for their advice in your locale. Happy shopping!
